Mountain mornings
Start slowly with coffee among the trees before heading toward the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Asheville days. Blue Ridge nights.
Alexander, North Carolina · About 20–25 minutes from downtown Asheville
Oceans of Evergreen is a design-forward, pet-friendly vacation rental in Alexander, North Carolina, for up to eight guests—with Serena & Lily interiors and Asheville, Weaverville, and Marshall within easy reach.
A mountain house with a different point of view
Oceans of Evergreen pairs the quiet of a wooded Blue Ridge setting with bright, relaxed Serena & Lily interiors.
Gather around the fireplace, linger over dinner, or spread out between the open living space and bonus game room. The house is made for families, friends, and the kind of unhurried time that rarely fits into ordinary life.
Six weeks of fall
Fall arrives in layers across Western North Carolina—from the highest Blue Ridge elevations to the valleys around Asheville. Oceans gives you a peaceful home base for chasing color, exploring mountain roads, and coming back to a warm fire.
Late September–early November
A season that moves with elevation—not a single “peak” weekend.
Make a few days of it
Start slowly with coffee among the trees before heading toward the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Spend the day with art, food, gardens, breweries, and the city’s unmistakable creative spirit.
Return to dinner together, a fire, and room for everyone to settle into their own rhythm.
Closer than it feels.
Oceans feels tucked away, but some of Western North Carolina’s most inviting towns are an easy drive from the blue front door.
About 15 minutes
Easy mornings, Main Street cafés, pottery, galleries, and small-batch pours.
About 15 minutes
A creative river town with local art, music, shops, and the French Broad flowing alongside it.
About 20–25 minutes
Restaurants, breweries, gardens, architecture, and a day’s worth of art around every corner.
A personal welcome
Welcome to our corner of the mountains. I wanted Oceans to feel a little magical—like an ocean in the mountains: airy, coastal, and calm, yet tucked into a quiet Blue Ridge setting. My hope is that stepping through the blue door feels like entering another world—one where the pace softens, the noise falls away, and there is nowhere else you need to be.
Make coffee, stay on the porch longer than planned, follow the road somewhere beautiful, and come back for dinner as the light changes through the trees. We’re so glad you’re here.
